We ground the years, the seasons, the days

The artwork plays in the borderland between the artificial and the natural, between indoors and outdoors, between very obvious and barely noticeable, between commercial symbolism and non-objects. The title alludes to how we humans grind down our years, seasons, days and hours by spending them in artificial environments while constantly exalting and longing for nature. There is also a criticism of McDnld's embedded in the work, as McDnld's supports Isra*l in the killing of children, not so Happy Meal.

The title is a sentence in the book Time Shelter (2024) written by the Bulgarian author Georgi Gospodinov.
The novel is the first one to be translated from Bulgarian to Swedish in 47 years.
